Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at stargirlcoservice@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll take care of you from there!
TURN AROUND TIME
Pre-orders and made to order can take up to six weeks to be made.
Shipping & Carriers:
Once your package has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, it is no longer under our control. Any delivery issues, delays, or lost packages must be handled directly with the shipping carrier. We will, however, do our best to help you track and resolve any shipping issues.
